I have been singing since i was 14 years old, having took part in many charity events, local and national competitions, having gained a lot of experience by becoming a professional performer, singing in clubs, hotels, holiday parks, golf clubs and corporate events.
I have performed in musicals such as fame and Ragtime for local theatre companies. 'I really love being in musicals, its great fun and i love the adrenalin you get when im on the theatre stage'. I have appeared on many drama's including doctor who 'The Voyage of the Damned' with Kylie Minogue, Casualty, Doctors (BBC), The Eleventh hour with patrick stewart, All In the Game starring Ray Winstone. I appeared at an equity showcase a few years ago and had the opportunity to appear at The Birmingham Hippodrome with the Birmingham Royal ballet. I compared a show for a Roy Orbison and a Beatles tribute and did session singing for Cebeebies.
My achievements so far are, i won an award for best female vocalist for the East Counties and i won an award for Worcestershire Counties for best female vocalist. It's great to be recognized for what i love doing. Thanks to everyone for your continued support.
I'm continuing to write my own songs and playing guitar, my ambition is to get recognition for my own songs and hope one day one of them will be a hit.
I love what i do. It's my full time job so i look for work all the time. I love recording in the studio, also i have recorded many cds, including original material. I would love to do session work, cruise work, corporate or work with composers on original material.
